Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various data systems, including spreadsheets, databases, and other software applications. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

* Input and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and systems with high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Verify the accuracy of data and ensure consistency across platforms, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
• Perform data cleaning and maintenance tasks as necessary to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Support team members with administrative and data-related tasks, providing timely and accurate responses to requests for information.
• Respond to requests for data updates and provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
• Meet deadlines and ensure high accuracy of work, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
