Key Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
• Providing in-depth information about arenaflex's products and services, helping customers make informed decisions
• Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of arenaflex's evolving products and services, staying ahead of the curve in terms of industry trends and developments

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or a related field (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
• Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexibility to accommodate changing schedules
• A minimum of 16+ hours per week, with the ability to type at least 35 WPM (40 and above is preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field
• Strong gaming experience, with a proven ability to multitask and think on your feet
