Job Description

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing seamless support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our Blended Support Team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that exceed expectations. Your contributions will be valued, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple clients, following a guided process and logging each interaction in our CRM system

  • Gather and verify customer information, documenting it accurately in the relevant system
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with the Blended Support Team to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and performance

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations in a professional manner
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Technical abilities sufficient to navigate multiple systems, install/uninstall programs, and troubleshoot equipment
  • Availability to train on weekdays, with a flexible schedule to accommodate shifts within our operating hours

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

  • Previous experience working remotely, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with it
  • Basic technical support experience, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

* Desktop Windows Computer (no Macs or Chromebooks)

  • Processor: Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation) / AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation)
  • 8GB RAM (16GB preferred)
  • Dual Monitor
  • High-quality USB headset
  • Hardwired internet connection at all times
  • Minimum internet speeds: 20Mbps download / 10Mbps upload / less than 20ms ping stability
  • No Spectrum

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate: $13.00 - $15.00 DOE

  • Paid Time Off and 401k with Company Match eligible after 1 year of employment
