Key Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Technical Support, and Product Development to resolve complex customer issues and improve our services.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, updates, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers and ensure that our services are aligned with their needs.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an online chat environment.
- Language: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
