Online Chat Representative at arenaflex – Part-time

Job Summary:

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through live chat, social media, and other digital channels. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the information they need and resolving simple problems in a timely and professional manner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and develop your skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages on a business's website, answering customer questions and providing sales links and discounts

  • Help customers find the information they need and process their orders successfully
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers and provide support
  • Work independently and follow instructions to achieve goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop)
