Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges
- Recommend products and services to customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible solutions for their needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that our store looks its best at all times
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer information, and inventory levels
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 6 months of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience with arenaflex or a similar retail organization
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Experience with visual merchandising and store displays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
