Job Description
As an Online Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. You'll interact with customers via phone, email, or chat, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
