Job Summary

As an Online Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our website visitors through our online chat system. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with a positive and memorable experience. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will be required to work from home, using your own laptop, phone, or tablet, and a reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to website visitors through our online chat system

  • Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Use templates provided to ensure consistency and accuracy in responses
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex issues and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, and a reliable internet connection

  • Moderate English skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed
