Job Summary:

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers find the information they need and resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner. You'll be working on the frontlines of our customer support team, providing top-notch service to our clients and helping to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites, providing accurate and helpful information to customers

• Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to drive sales and revenue growth

• Work independently, following instructions and using your own initiative to resolve customer queries
