The Role

As an Online Amazon Customer Chat Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers via live chat. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner

  • Assist customers with tracking orders, processing returns, and resolving account-related issues
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift problem resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions

Requirements

* Strong written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with Amazon's customer service policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
