The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional support to our members via email, chat, and phone. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues related to account management, billing, streaming, and content, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be essential in staying up-to-date on arenaflex content, features, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems related to account management, billing, streaming, and content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex content, features, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

Qualifications:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).

  • Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Familiarity with streaming services and technology.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
