Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Live Chat Agent to join our customer service team. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll engage with customers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and offer information about our products and services. You'll be responsible for managing multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of our support processes through your interactions with customers.

Responsibilities

* Engage with customers via live chat to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service through each interaction.
  • Record and document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide suggestions for process improvements.

* Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a live chat role.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools.

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
