Job Summary

As an Inbound Customer Service Agent - Consumer Relations at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in resolving escalated customer service issues, advocating for customers with internal departments, and finding creative solutions that meet the needs of both our customers and our organization. Key Responsibilities

* Resolve escalated customer service issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Create an outstanding quality service experience for our consumers, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty
  • Advocate for customers with multiple internal departments to ensure satisfactory resolutions
  • Find creative solutions that are in the best interest of our customers and arenaflex when negotiating and implementing concessions
  • Interact and coordinate with all necessary stakeholders to successfully resolve consumer issues
  • Meet work schedule demands and obligations with compliance, integrity, and according to values, processes, and policies

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 1-year Call-Center experience
  • Minimum of 2-years Escalated Customer Service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English is a requirement
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills; navigating multiple online applications
  • Exceptional organizational skills; ability to effectively multi-task
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls while simultaneously handling multiple online applications
  • Previous experience working from home (preferred)
  • Passion for helping customers and problem-solving
  • Flexible with the ability to take direction from management yet work independently to achieve goals
  • Active listening skills and the ability to ask questions
  • Conflict resolution skills; negotiation skills; and time management skills
  • Flexibility, being the ability to adapt to change
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Desire to work in a team environment towards common goals
  • Ability to remain calm and show empathy while handling challenging customer concerns

Essential Qualifications

* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a call-center environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Experience working with escalated customer service issues
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
