Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns.
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
• Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments.
• Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Providing feedback on call issues.
• Upselling when required.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
• 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a healthcare setting).
• Over 18 years of age.
• Ability to type 25 wpm.
• High School Graduate or GED.
• Comfort with desktop computer systems.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• Logical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
• Organization and work prioritization skills.

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure your success as a remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

• A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
• An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
• Proof of internet speed required.
• A clean and quiet workspace.
