Job Summary

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring that their orders are delivered on time and to their satisfaction. You'll work closely with our Delivery Service Partners to resolve issues, prevent delays, and provide a seamless customer experience. This is a full-time role, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, with variable shifts to match customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide real-time support to customers via phone and/or email to confirm delivery details and prevent delays

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, working closely with Delivery Service Partners to identify root causes and implement solutions
  • Act as an interface between customers and Delivery Service Partners, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and delivery status
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction targets and improve overall service quality

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum age: 18 years old

  • Right to work in the Netherlands
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch (C1 level) and German (C1 level)
  • Good communication skills in English (C1 level)
  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., weekend, and overtime as required)
