The Mission
As a Fraud Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for investigating complex fraud cases using cutting-edge investigation tools. Your daily tasks will include:
- Solving complex fraud cases using advanced investigation tools and techniques
- Analyzing digital footprints to separate legitimate transactions from fraudulent ones

Your Ideal Profile
We're looking for a skilled and passionate individual who shares our commitment to gaming security and customer satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A detective's eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in an interactive environment, such as gaming or tech support
- 1+ year of technical support experience that demonstrates your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Gaming knowledge that shows you understand the player's world, including experience with popular games like League of Legends or VALORANT
- Network troubleshooting abilities and a strong understanding of network architecture
- Quick learning capabilities for new software and tools, with a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
- Problem-solving skills that would impress Sherlock Holmes, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- A track record of thriving in fast-paced environments, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Availability to work 40 hours/week between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for business needs
