Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics and Insights team, where you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and creating actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst on our Marketing Analytics and Insights team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, including:

• Developing and maintaining complex data models and predictive algorithms to drive business outcomes
• Analyzing large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions
• Creating data visualizations and reports to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and marketing analytics

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a quantitative role, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation
• Experience with execution/digital marketing tasks, channel attribution, stir and lifetime value models, logical tools and frameworks, and finding productive growth systems
• Proficiency in SQL and either R or Python, with experience with the Hadoop ecosystem or additional pre-processing languages (Scala, PHP, Ruby, etc.) a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, or other data visualization tools a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience with machine learning and deep learning algorithms
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
• Certification in data analysis or a related field
