Job Summary

As a Customer Engagement Marketing Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer engagement and loyalty across our various brands and platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, analyze customer data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. This is a part-time remote opportunity, requiring 8 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities

* Support the execution of customer engagement marketing strategies across arenaflex's various brands and platforms

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and initiatives
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and dynamic work environment

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in customer engagement marketing, marketing analytics, or a related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Pardot
• Experience with social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• 2-3 years of experience in customer engagement marketing, marketing analytics, or a related field
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation, including statistical software and data visualization tools
• Familiarity with arenaflex's brands and platforms, including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and customer experience design
