Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our IT Offices Group, you'll be responsible for providing IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the operational efficiency of our server farm and data entry systems. Your expertise will help us drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain our competitive edge in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide IT administration of all site executions, inventories, foundation planning, and support for server farm basic framework, IT certificate labs, and remote communication room basic climate hardware.

• IT support of IT labs to align our client application and designing groups with workstations, equipment, and access to test their application.
• Remote coordination with professional services responsible for basic framework support and break-fix exercises at remote communication rooms.
• Manage, operate, maintain, and monitor all basic offices infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room hardware.
• Develop and implement server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT framework.
• Support IT Offices grounds fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.
• Suggest and execute departmental approach, rules, principles, and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all governing corporate principles and rules.
• Project management of server farm and remote communication room norms capital upgrades, redesigns, and improvements.
• Determine IT and basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best costs for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and vendor support of the fitting electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor maintenance, and cabling programs for communication rooms.
• Provide proactive and break-fix support for alert/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm equipment.
• Maintain functional reliability of airport basic climate infrastructure.
• Develop Plan Guidelines for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, air conditioning, Generators, and Fire Life and Safety (FLS) systems.
• Remote coordination of airport basic framework support and break-fix exercises.
• Audit/Store Support Records. Ensure discrepancies are remediated.
• Provide remote Episode Management goal to airport basic hardware.
• Provide distant installation, design, and functional support.
• Maintain strict adherence to change control exercises.
• Balance multiple needs within established time limitations
• Adaptability to assist an activity with fluctuating movements, increased hours, and availability for potential emergency needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Regularly focuses on safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
• Embraces diverse individuals, thinking, and styles.
• Has a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

What Will Give You an Upper Hand (Preferred Qualifications)

* Four-year college degree or 5 or more years of significant experience

• IT Project Management experience with (at least 2 years) within a high availability communication room as well as server farm working environment, everyday operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment
