Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack IT Support Professional – Network Security and Cloud Infrastructure Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and availability of arenaflex's cloud-based applications and infrastructure. You will work closely with our IT Data Security Division to design, implement, and maintain robust security measures that protect our systems and data from cyber threats. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing exceptional customer support to our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain robust security measures to protect arenaflex's cloud-based applications and infrastructure from cyber threats
- Collaborate with the IT Data Security Division to ensure the security and availability of our systems and data
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to network security, cloud infrastructure management, and customer support
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures with other business processes
- Provide exceptional customer support to stakeholders, including end-users, business partners, and vendors
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in network security, cloud infrastructure management, and customer support
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in network security, cloud infrastructure management, and customer support
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, and security protocols
- Experience with cloud security standards and best practices
- Proven track record of identifying and resolving complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
