As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for growing our TikTok and Instagram presence by creating engaging content, managing our social media accounts, and driving brand awareness. Key Responsibilities

As our Social Media Content Creator & Manager, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: ### Content Creation & Editing

• Use provided Canva templates to customize and create visually engaging posts that align with our brand and engage our target audience.
• Make minimal edits in CapCut to align with platform trends (e.g., adding trending sounds, transitions, or text overlays).
• Ensure all content is consistent with our brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.

### Daily Posting & Engagement

• Post 2 times daily on TikTok and 2 times daily on Instagram (4 posts total per day).
• Write engaging captions and select trending sounds for TikTok.
• Spend 5 minutes after each post interacting with relevant content in the niche (liking, commenting, etc.) to boost engagement and authenticity.

### View Performance Bonuses

• Earn a bonus of $40 for every 100,000 views your content generates.
• The more your posts perform, the more you can earn!

What We Provide

* Templates: Canva templates for easy content creation and branding consistency.

• Guidance: Clear instructions and examples of the type of content we're looking for.

Requirements

* Basic design skills and familiarity with Canva.

• Experience with video editing tools like CapCut.
• Understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends and platform algorithms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet posting schedules consistently.
• Creativity and willingness to adapt content to maximize views.

Compensation

* Flat Rate: $150 per month for managing one account (TikTok + Instagram) and posting 2x/day.

• Performance Bonus: $40 for every 100,000 views your posts achieve
