Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk or Document Specialist and Salesforce Expert, you'll be responsible for:

• Converting contract and pricing update information captured by the revenue realization team into data format required for entry into the system
• Utilizing Salesforce to extract, format, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data
• Maintaining Excel-based reports, templates, and uploading documents
• Assisting in the implementation of process improvements to optimize data collection, file preparation, data validation, and data entry
• Running reports from different systems and combining them into new Excel reports to drive data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (or a combination of the current active pursuit of said degree and relevant experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple data requests, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Salesforce and data analysis
• Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices
