Job Summary
As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business success by accurately and efficiently processing data, maintaining high productivity rates, and ensuring data integrity. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
* Correcting inaccuracies and validating output to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Maintaining an efficient rate of productivity and high rate of accuracy in data entry
- Inputting alphanumeric data from source documents accurately and efficiently
- Keeping information confidential and adhering to data protection policies
- Reviewing and making corrections to entered information to ensure accuracy
- Completing support tickets generated by staff within the scheduling system
- Validating accuracy of existing data through periodic audits
- Preparing and filtering data to be aggregated for reporting
- Reviewing time-sheets for accuracy and reconciling discrepancies
- Resolving inconsistencies by contacting the source for clarification
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Familiarity with data management software and systems
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data entry software and systems
- Knowledge of data protection policies and procedures
