Job Summary
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and guidance throughout their journey with our digital scheduling app. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via chat app and email, guiding customers to help articles, coordinating with our co-founder on top issues, and setting customer expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via chat app and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
- Guide customers to relevant help articles and resources, ensuring they have the information they need to resolve their issues
- Coordinate with our co-founder on top issues, escalating concerns and providing updates on progress
- Set customer expectations and provide clear communication on fixes and timelines
- Develop a positive, friendly tone that is also understanding when customers are frustrated
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues using Trello and Intercom
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and provide support as needed
Essential Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with the ability to capture customer reviews
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to respond to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Dependability and a strong work ethic, with the ability to conduct work on time and on schedule
- Expertise with Shopify sites, including orders and checkout processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team using Intercom, Trello, or Email
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with digital scheduling apps or similar platforms
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
