The Role

As a Customer Services Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be part of a fast-paced team that handles all contact into both councils via multiple channels. Your primary responsibility will be to provide an excellent first point of contact for our customers, delivering a first-class service every time. You'll work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with colleagues to drive success and improve the way we deliver our services.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer queries and issues
  • Utilize Microsoft Office packages to manage customer interactions and data
  • Develop and maintain a positive and enthusiastic approach to delivering high service standards
  • Attend both council premises in person, as and when required, to meet the needs of the service
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve customer service delivery

Essential Qualifications and Experience

* Strong knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office packages

  • Experience of working within a team in a customer-focused environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible working approach to attend both council premises in person, as and when required
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach to delivering high service standards

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a public sector organization

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
