Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team, providing exceptional support to our clients across various platforms. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for evaluating and resolving service inquiries, developing and maintaining working knowledge of arenaflex products and services, and analyzing potential risks to identify solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms
- Effectively using various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries
- Developing and maintaining working knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Analyzing and identifying potential risks to identify solutions that meet client needs
- Completing assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner
- Solving disputes and retaining clients, while minimizing operating loss, through adherence to established rules and regulations
- Providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed client expectations
- Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for arenaflex's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2-4 years' work experience in a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
- Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent technical and data entry skills, including the utilization of a 10-key touchpad
- Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently
Education
* High School diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $43,960.00 - $57,340.00, depending on experience. In addition to salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k); life, accident, and disability insurance; and wellness programs.
