Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to complex customer problems
- Collaborating with our team to share knowledge and best practices
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience Requirements:
+ 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred) + A home office setting with a computer/laptop, internet connection, and headset hook-ups + High level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes + Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills + Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary + Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments
