Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our plan members, providing timely and accurate information about their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll work from home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to balance your priorities in and outside of work. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Provide accurate and timely information to plan members, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns to senior representatives or management as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service and operational efficiency
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, healthcare, and technology

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience
