Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Sales, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth by introducing customers to arenaflex's latest products and services. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and selling products and services. Your goal will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience, meet sales targets, and contribute to the success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Sell arenaflex's products and services, meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Introduce customers to arenaflex's latest technology, services, and offers, ensuring they have the best possible experience
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and meet sales targets
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, staying up-to-date on new releases and features
  • Utilize various tools and systems to effectively and accurately research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues
  • May handle complex tickets/cases from internal partner teams and support multiple business chats in a concurrent environment

Essential Qualifications

* At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

  • Call center experience preferred
  • Advance typing/keyboarding skills preferred
  • Ability to sit or stand for long durations (e.g., 8 hours) and engage with customers as dictated by the needs of the business
  • Basic qualification tests: applicants will be expected to pass any assessments or tests associated with the position

* At least one year of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and meet sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues
