Responsibilities

As a Virtual Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, video calls, and live chats. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring that our clients' customers are satisfied and loyal. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers through various communication channels
  • Escalating complex issues to senior support agents or management as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

To be successful as a Virtual Support Agent, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Experience Requirements

+ 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred) + High level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes + Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills + Ability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary + Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments

Technical Requirements

+ CPU i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended, No Atom, Celeron, Pentium, Opteron processors + Internet Download Speed 5Mbs down speed minimum + Internet Upload Speed 3Mbs up speed minimum + Network Latency Max 250 MS latency max + OS Win 8.1 (64bit), Win 10 (64bit) + RAM 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended + Home office set up with ethernet cord connected to your computer + Desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes
