Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service to our customers. You will also assist customers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and general travel information, handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience, and provide support and guidance during irregular flight operations and disruptions.
