Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
• Running the register and cashiering
• Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Interacting with customers daily and working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks
• Selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care
• Communicating effectively and providing friendly conversation
• Performing at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude
• Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
• Coming up with great ideas to solve problems and thinking quickly to offer suggestions

Requirements:

* Retail and customer service experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable.

• Sales associate or cashiering experience: Experience in sales or cashiering is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Motivation to advance in your career: A willingness to learn and grow is essential.
• Willingness to learn and have fun: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and have fun are essential for success in this role.

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours: You must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods.

• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds: You must be able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds: You must be able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds: You must be able to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting: You must be able to bend at the waist with some twisting.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands: You must be able to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands.
