Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives fluent in Dutch or German to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing prompt and professional support to our customers via phone, email, and e-chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, managing cancellations, and providing order status information and delivery updates.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate promptly and professionally with customers via phone, email, and e-chat to provide support and product information

  • Provide order status information and delivery updates
  • Manage cancellation requests
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

* Previous experience: At least 1-year experience in customer service

  • Reliability: Ability to work full-time during business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 Central Europe Time)
  • Proper service mentality: Desire to listen to the needs and concerns of our customers and show a genuine effort in solving their problems quickly and efficiently
  • Patience and Self-Control: Ability to find an approach for every customer and stay calm in stressful situations
  • Ability to learn fast and stay open-minded
  • Fluency in Dutch or German (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
