Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers daily to provide exceptional service, support, and solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions
- Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
- Providing fast and friendly service to customers
- Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving issues
- Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
- Thinking creatively to solve problems and come up with innovative solutions

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with others
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience, sales associate or cashiering experience, or equivalent
Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
