Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of calls, emails, and chats with a smile. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively, and professionally, while also identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts, services, and billing
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
Essential Qualifications
* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
- Good conflict resolution skills and ability to handle private and confidential information
- A strong work ethic that demonstrates dependability, thoroughness, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a call center environment
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on customer-centric strategies
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
Schedule
We currently have the following full-time shifts available:
- Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
- Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
Location
This is a work-from-home position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You will need to have a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free environment.
