Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for providing support, guidance, and resolution to client inquiries or issues, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with product questions, ordering, order tracking, complaints, and problems
- Enter orders into our system for billing and delivery
- Prepare quotes and coordinate mailings of literature and samples
- Coordinate delivery schedules with our dispatch team
- Retrieve needed information for our credit department
- Issue credits or debits accurately when applicable
- Set up new customers for our sales force
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Take sales orders from sales representatives and customers by phone, fax, and email
- Run credit card and check approvals
- Categorize, file, and maintain paperwork for audit purposes and file all customer records
- Print and distribute e-mailed customer purchase orders
- Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detailed-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
- Good basic math skills and ability to perform calculations accurately
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant phone personality
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time and perform repetitive motions of the wrist, hands, and fingers to use a computer and keyboard
- Bending and some lifting may be required
- Extensive writing and phone use
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
