Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative Agent with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers, via phone, email, or chat. You will be working from home, with flexible hours that allow you to balance your personal and professional life. This is a part-time opportunity, with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their customers, via phone, email, or chat
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution (FCR), customer satisfaction (CSAT), and average handle time (AHT)
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
- Proficiency in CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to arenaflex's system
Preferred Qualifications
