Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Work From Home, your daily activities will include: * Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and prospects * Setting appointments and conducting presentations to members of unions that request our benefits * Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in our CRM system * Completing necessary paperwork and quality control checks * Leadership development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks * 18+ years of age * Must pass a background check * High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required) * Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
