Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing best-in-class customer service to arenaflex's various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Student Loan Counseling
  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, with a focus on outbound calls to students of our clients
  • Providing clear verbal and written communications to assist customers with repayment of their educational obligations
  • Utilizing CRM systems for technical inquiries and follow-up for customer resolution
  • Following policies and procedures regarding escalations
  • Updating records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notating all interactions
  • Comprehending training material on a variety of topics and sharing new concepts and content
  • Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry
  • Attaining all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Training and Development

During the first two weeks of employment, you'll participate in comprehensive training, Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm CST. This will include hands-on training, role-playing, and coaching to ensure you're equipped to excel in your role.

Education and Qualifications

* High school or equivalent (required)

  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
