Customer Service Representative Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, using your communication skills and technical expertise to resolve customer issues

  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, using your skills and experience to drive success
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes, using your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Upselling and cross-selling our products and services, using your knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities and provide value to our customers
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, using your communication skills and technical expertise to ensure that customers are satisfied and supported

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns, using your communication skills and technical expertise to resolve customer issues
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support
