Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager at Arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of customer-facing professionals to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive results and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Analyzing data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Leading by example, demonstrating a positive, upbeat, and outgoing attitude
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance customer service skills
  • Managing cash handling, deposits, and other financial responsibilities
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a clean, friendly, and top-of-the-line club environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, hospitality, customer service)
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving results and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions
  • Experience with cash handling, deposits, and other financial responsibilities
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to move and lift up to 35 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience in the fitness industry
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
