Job Overview

  • Documenting and managing customer interactions accurately in our systems
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate teams
  • Contributing to process improvements and customer service enhancements

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English

  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
