Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
- Guiding customers through the car buying journey, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
- Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
- Mentoring others as your skillset expands and achieving sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
- Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, which may require testing and travel as some states request physical presence to apply for the license
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
- High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and master new technologies; strong computer skills
- Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be open to shifting schedules two times per year according to the needs of the business
- Hybrid role with a requirement for working on site one day per week
- Must meet the minimum technology requirements (Type of internet service and speed of internet service)
- Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
