Job Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming, greeting, and assisting all students, members, and visitors entering the facility with a smile and a friendly demeanor
- Ensuring the facility is secure and accessible during opening and closing hours
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment for all facility users, including restrooms, common areas, and equipment
- Operating a cash register and handling financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Providing exceptional customer service to users, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Working independently while maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have:
- A high school education or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of employment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and Outlook
- Ability to run a cash register and work independently
- No prior experience necessary (we're happy to train the right candidate!)
Preferred Qualifications
If you have:
- One year of customer service and/or general office experience
- Knowledge of recreational sports
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
