What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. You'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs.

Providing full lifecycle customer service and sales

, where you may accept inbound calls or make outbound calls to provide follow-up services.

Responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening

, and selecting the best solution in an efficient manner.

  • Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to upgrade products or services.

  • Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity: You'll need to be motivated and self-driven to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam.
  • Ability to maintain and follow strict personal privacy for customer information: You'll need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with care.
  • Strong customer service orientation: You'll need to be customer-focused and able to provide exceptional service to our clients.
  • High school diploma or equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, although more education is always a plus.
  • Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications: You'll need to be comfortable using computer applications and software to perform your job duties.
