The Role
As a Customer Service & Operations Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting our AML activities, investigating queries, and processing transactions. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service, while ensuring that all processing is performed accurately and within agreed turn-around times. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Investigate customer queries and process, authorize, and investigate transactions, while accurately collecting all necessary information on time and to a high standard
- Support process training and knowledge sharing across the team, working together towards success
- Accurately investigate queries, raise with relevant parties, and escalate where needed
- Ensure processing is performed accurately and within an agreed turn-around time
- Monitor and participate in initiatives that help improve customer service, processes, and procedures
- Review processing errors and customer complaints to help identify trends and training needs
- Complete end-to-end Luxembourg periodic reviews for Institutional Banking clients with private equity structures
The Skills You'll Need
* Knowledge and experience of working with AML processes and procedures, alongside an awareness of up-to-date trends, policies, and regulations
- Ability to work accurately, to deadlines, and with high levels of attention to detail
- Understanding of the financial services industry and our customers
- Knowledge of our products, processes, and banking systems
- Good written and spoken communication skills
