Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering and handling incoming calls from Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices
- Providing support and assistance to callers to help them get the medicine they need to feel better and live well
- Investigating and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner or escalating to appropriate team members
- Adhering to and reinforcing Prime and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
- Other duties as assigned
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Eligibility to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- A dedicated, secure high-speed cable, DSL, or fiber internet connection (i.e., Earthlink, CenturyLink, or Frontier)
- Ability to work a schedule that could include evenings, weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime based on business needs
- Ability to adhere to a pre-determined schedule, including planned rest & meal breaks
- Dedicated home workspace that would be private, quiet, without interruption and minimal distractions during your scheduled work shifts
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- Call center experience
- Call center experience in the Healthcare industry
- Work from home (remote) experience
- Fluency in Spanish
- Strong PC Skills with ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with focus on professional demeanor and empathy
- Ability to multitask
- Detail oriented
