Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Arranging sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, excursions, and business travel for families, couples, singles, and businesses
- Determining customers' needs and preferences, including schedules, costs, and payment plans
- Planning and arranging event packages, including booking reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, and honeymoons
- Building strong relationships with clients to turn one-time sales into repeat business
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
Essential Qualifications
* Must be 18 years or older
- USA and Mexico residents preferred
- Computer or smartphone required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
