Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound customer calls to resolve issues, requests, and questions in a friendly, courteous, and effective manner
- Providing exceptional customer service and sales support experiences that exceed customer expectations
- Utilizing state-of-the-art contact center software to provide accurate, valid, and complete information
- Precisely following call handling instructions to meet quality assurance standards
- Handling multimedia customer interactions in a friendly, courteous, and effective manner
- Establishing and maintaining customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and follow-up
What We Offer:
* Competitive hourly rate of $15.00
- Performance reviews allowing for wage increases based on performance and attendance
- $250 Stay Bonus for new hires who complete 90 days of employment, meet attendance requirements, and show improvement in quality assurance scores
- Perfect Attendance Bonus: earn $100 per month as a Full-Time employee or $50 per month as a Part-Time employee for working 100% of your scheduled hours

Requirements:
* Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Proven customer service and support experience (at least one year preferred)
- Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and typing proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Reliable cell phone for VPN connection
- Quiet, distraction-free home office setting
Work Environment:
* Permanent remote status with periodic overtime opportunities available (earn time and a half)
