Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and changes in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Providing accurate information about airline policies and procedures, as well as resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Utilizing various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat to engage with customers and provide support.
  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times, even in challenging situations.
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating their information in our database accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction, and contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Possessing strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and being able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Being flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work varying shifts and accommodate changing customer needs.
  • Having basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet, with a desire to learn and grow within the customer service field.
